William joined Fox and Farmer in 2019 and is headquatered at their Johnson City offices.

William has served as Vice President of the Washington county bar association in 2017 and treasurer in 2018. This began while in law school where William completed over 150 hours in community service working with the Grundy Lions Club and the Remote Area Medical Clinic, which provides health services in rural communities for those without Insurance. Since graduating Law School, William has been an active participant in Tennessee's Access to Justice which provides legal help to those who may not be able to afford an attorney.
